| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem Projekt "Pallet" pojednává o založení podnikání v oblasti výroby nábytku ze dřeva, konkrétně dřevěných palet. Zabývá se přípravou projektu od jeho počátku a příprav až po realizaci a to jak na úrovni teoretické, tak praktické. Obecné zásady projektového řízení jsou aplikovány na založení podniku. V práci je charakterizováno prostředí a trendy designu nábytku, konkrétní možnosti využití nábytku z dřevěných palet v soukromém i veřejném prostoru a existující příklady současného používání. Hlavními pilíři práce je založení firmy, jejích webových stránek a showroomu. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis titled Project "Pallet" deals with establishing business in manufacture of wooden furniture, namely furniture made from wooden pallets. It deals with the preparation of the project from its beginning and preparation to the implementation both at the level of theoretical and practical. General principles of project management are applied to establishing business. Thesis contains characteristics of trends in furniture design, the concrete possibilities of furniture made from wooden pallets in both the private and public space and existing examples of current use. The main pillars of the work are the foundation of the company, its website and the showroom. |
