| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou role konstitučního monarchy v mezinárodních vztazích. Na problematiku nahlíží nejen z právního pohledu, ale i pohledu filozofického, politického a kulturního. Teoretická část vymezuje mezinárodní roli monarchy ze zmiňovaných úhlů pohledu, porovnává znění ústav jednotlivých konstitučních monarchií se zaměřením na Španělsko, zkoumá význam monarchie jako instituce. Druhá část představuje případ Španělska v kontextu teoretické části. Práce pak obsahuje předpoklady vývoje mezinárodního postavení monarchie směrem do budoucna, a to v kontextu teoretickém i španělském. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the role of a constitutional monarch in international relations. The issue is seen not only from a legal perspective, but also a philosophical, political and cultural point of view. The theoretical part defines the international role of the monarch from the mentioned points of view, compares the text of the Constitutions of constitutional monarchies with a focus on Spain, explores the importance of the monarchy as an institution. The second part of the work presents the case of Spain in the context of the theoretical part. The thesis contains assumptions for the international position of the monarchy towards the future in theoretical and Spanish context. |
