| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza trhu práce v krajích České republiky v roce 2012 na základě průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy. Práce zohledňuje členění tohoto statistického ukazatele dle věku, pohlaví a vzdělání zaměstnanců a jejich zařazení do hlavních tříd zaměstnání dle klasifikace CZ-ISCO. Analýza je soustředěna na výši mezd a rozdíly i podobnosti mezi kraji v platové a mzdové sféře. Analyzována je také meziroční změna průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy mezi lety 2011 a 2012. Mimo to práce porovnává strukturu čistého disponibilního důchodu a výdajů na konečnou spotřebu domácností s ročním objemem hrubých mezd a zkouší prostřednictvím srovnání mezd a nezaměstnanosti aplikovat ekonomickou teorii Phillipsovy křivky na kraje v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of the labour market in regions of the Czech Republic in the year 2012 based on average monthly gross wage. The thesis takes into account the structure by age, sex and education of employees and their inclusion into main classes of jobs by CZ-ISCO classification. The analysis is focused on the level of wages and both differences and similarities among regions in two different spheres based on the type of remuneration. The year-on-year change of average monthly gross wage between 2011 and 2012 is being analysed as well. Apart from that, the thesis compares structure of net disposable income and household final expenditure with annual amount of gross wages and it tries to apply economic theory of Phillips curve on the Czech Republic regions by comparing wages and unemployment rate. |
