| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení soukromé mateřské školy a posouzení reálnosti a proveditelnosti takového projektu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část popisuje požadavky, důvody sestavení a především strukturu potřebnou pro přípravu plánu. Tyto poznatky jsou aplikovány v druhé, praktické části, zaměřené na skutečný podnikatelský plán mateřské školy. Mezi hlavní body patří charakteristika podniku, klíčových osob a organizační struktury. Dále pak analýza okolí provedená pomocí PEST a SWOT analýzy a Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil. V neposlední řadě také obsahuje detailně zpracovaný finanční plán ve třech variantách vývoje a metody hodnocení projektu. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a private kindergarten and evaluate factuality and feasibility of such a project. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the requirements, the reasons for the preparation and especially the structure necessary for the creation of the plan. This knowledge is applied in the second practical part, focused on real business plan of a kindergarten. The main points include characteristics of the company, key people and organizational structure. Furthermore, it covers analysis of the environment made by PEST and SWOT analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces. Last but not least, it contains a detailed financial plan prepared in three variants of development and methods of project evaluation. |
