| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá svobodnou firemní kulturou a procesem jejího zavádění do firem. Cílem práce je popsat mechanismy zavádění svobodné firemní kultury a demonstrovat je na příkladech z praxe. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou propojeny poznatky z ekonomie, psychologie a managementu, které se zabývají motivací zaměstnanců a jejím udržováním. V praktické části je stanoven obecný postup zavádění svobodné firemní kultury, který je demonstrován na případových studiích společností GrowJOB institute a Zappos. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the liberal company culture as well as its process of implementation in there. The main goal of this thesis is to describe all mechanisms of implementation the liberal company culture and to demonstrate them in real situations in practice. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. It interconnects findings in economics, psychology and management, which are devoted to the motivation of employees and its sustainability. Second part, which is practical, is focused on the process of implementation the liberal company culture in practice. This process is demonstrated by two case studies of enterprises GrowJOB institute and Zappos. |
