| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou IT podpory dovozce malosériových vozů. Cílem práce je charakterizovat klíčové procesy dovozce a najít vhodnou IT podporu těchto procesů na trhu. Prvním krokem k dosažení cíle je definováno prostředí, ve kterém se dovozce malosériových vozů nalézá, a jaká má specifika. Dále je vytvořena analýza procesů na základě metodiky MMABP a související informační potřeba. Posledním krokem je provedení průzkumu trhu v rámci IT podpory v této oblasti. Zjištěné výsledky mohou zefektivnit činnosti dovozců a prodejců malosériových vozů a mohou být aplikovány i v reálné praxi. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis deals with the IT support for the importers of specialist small series cars. The intention is to identify the key processes of the importer and locate appropriate IT support to the market. The first step to achiveing the target is to define of the environment in which the importer of small series cars operates and what are the importers characteristics. The next step is to create analysis based on the methodology MMABP and related information needs. The last step is to perform market research within the IT support in this area. The result can improve activities of importers and dealers of small series cars. The Bachelor Thesis can be applied in real practice. |
