| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickým růstem, který rozkládá na šest komponent. Cílem je poskytnout informace o působení demografických změn a změn na trhu práce na růst HDP. Demografická komponenta zkoumá význam věkové struktury populace a efekt růstu celkové populace na ekonomický růst. Komponenta trhu práce se zabývá vlivem produktivity práce na odpracovanou hodinu, odpracovanými hodinami na pracovníka, mírou zaměstnanosti a mírou participace na ekonomický růst. První část práce analyzuje komponenty za ČR. Druhá část práce srovnává a hodnotí komponenty ekonomického růstu za vybrané ekonomiky v EU. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with economic growth, which decomposes to the six components. The main aim is to provide information on the effect of population changes and changes in the labour market to GDP growth. The demographic component examines the importance of the population age structure and the effect of total population growth on economic growth. Component of the labour market deals with the influence of labour productivity per hour worked, hours worked per employee, employment rate and rate of participation on economic growth. The first part analyses the components for the Czech Republic. The second part compares and evaluates the components of economic growth for selected EU economies. |
