| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá prováděním uzávěrkových operací a sestavením účetních výkazů v konkrétním podniku. Z hlediska účetnictví je sledovaným rokem rok 2011. Předmětem zájmu jsou operace prováděné na konci účetního období pro správné zobrazení dat za sledované období. Z takto upraveného účetnictví vychází zhotovení kompletní výroční zprávy včetně jednotlivých výkazů. Bakalářská práce se zabývá detailním rozborem dané problematiky. Obsahuje i praktickou část, která sleduje prováděné operace konkrétního podniku. Obsáhlou část tvoří audit výroční zprávy společnosti. Cílem práce je dokázat, že účetní uzávěrka a účetní závěrka v sobě skrývá celý proces účetnictví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the process of balancing operations and preparation of the statements of financial position in a particular company. In terms of accounting is the reference year 2011. The subject of interest are operations carried out at the end of the accounting period to display data for the period. From this revised accountancy comes a creation of the complete annual report, including individual records. This thesis deals with the detailed analysis of the given issue. It also contains the practical part, which studies the operations performed in the company. An extensive part of the thesis is the audit of the annual report of the company. The aim of the thesis is to prove that the closing the books of account and financial report contains the whole process of accounting. |
