| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Finanční analýza ZPA Smart Energy" se zabývá rozborem této společnosti z hlediska finančního zdraví za sledovaná léta 2007 až 2011. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části je popsána zvolená metodika, která zahrnuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrovou analýzu, bankrotní a bonitní modely, SWOT analýzu a finanční plán. Druhá část obsahuje úvodní představení zvolené společnosti s následnou aplikací metodiky vymezené v první části. Pro účely porovnání poměrových ukazatelů byla vybrána společnost Landis+Gyr, která se zabývá výrobou a prodejem elektroměrů, na které je primárně zaměřena i ZPA Smart Energy. Nástin finančního plánu je sestaven pro rok 2012. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis called "Financial analysis of ZPA Smart Energy" deals with analysis of this company in terms of financial health during the monitored years 2007-2011. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part there is described the selected methodology which includes horizontal and vertikal analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models, SWOT analysis, financial plan. The second part contains introductory presentation of the chosen company followed by application of the methodology defined in the first part. For the purpose of comparison ratio indicators was selected Landis+Gyr which deals with production and sales of electrometers as well as ZPA Smart Energy. Outline of financial plan is constructed for the year 2012. |
