| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou nádražních restaurací v kontextu železniční dopravy a cestovního ruchu v oblasti jižních Čech. Stručný přehled vývoje železnice je předně zaměřen na drážní budovy ve vybraném regionu. V praktické části jsou předloženy výsledky terénního průzkumu. Popis a analýza současného stavu jsou proloženy odkazy na historii objektů a doplněny obrazovou dokumentací. Práce popisuje i ekonomické aspekty vývoje železniční dopravy a možnosti vývoje českých nádraží a nádražních restaurací. Obsahuje pohled majoritního provozovatele železniční dopravy v České republice a zároveň vlastníka železničních stanic, společnosti České dráhy a. s., a vlastní návrhy autorky, vycházející především z rozhovorů s provozovateli nádražních restaurací. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the issue of station restaurants in the context of rail transport and tourism in southern Bohemia. A brief overview of the development of railway is primarily focused on railway buildings in the selected region. In the practical part the results of the local reseach are rendered. Description and analasis of the current situation is interspersed with references to the history of the buildings and completed by illustrations. The thesis descibes the economic aspects of the development of rail transport and some possibilities of progression of Czech railway stations and their restaurants. It contains the view of the main operator of the railway transport in the Czech Republic and also the owner of the railway stations -- join-stock company České dráhy and the author's own suggestions based primarily on interviews with the operators of the station restaurants. |
