| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje vývoji vzhledu, velikosti a struktury města Teplice od historického vývoje po ten současný. Dále se zaměřuje na další urbanistické okruhy jako je doprava, bytový fond a zeleň. Vyústěním práce je definování hlavních současných urbanistických problémů města a nalézání řešení a inspirací pro rozvoj města. Hlavními zdroji pro zkoumání tématu jsou literatura věnující se historii Teplic, územní plán, integrovaný plán rozvoje města, vlastní terénní průzkum a konzultace s odborníky. |

| Abstract: | The work is dedicated to the development of the appearance, size and structure of Teplice from the historical development to the current one. It also focuses on other urban areas such as transport, housing stock and greenery. The result of this work is to define the main urban problems and finding solutions and inspiration for the development of the city. The main sources for the topic are literature dedicated to the history of Teplice, master plan, integrated urban development plan, the actual field survey and consultations with experts. |
