| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Investiční certifikáty na evropských burzách- současnost a perspektivy" nejprve seznamuje čtenáře s obecnou charakteristikou investičních certifikátů, vlastnostmi a fungováním jednotlivých konstrukčních typů obchodovaných na evropských burzách. V návaznosti na to jsou zdůrazněny podstatné náležitosti, na které by měl investor v souvislosti s nákupem investičních certifikátů dbát, a také rizika spojená s tímto instrumentem, včetně možností, jak tyto rizika snížit, či je dokonce úplně eliminovat. Práce čtenáře seznamuje se situací investičních certifikátů na jednotlivých evropských burzách a jejich výhledů, od Burzy cenných papírů Praha jako malé, v kontextu obchodování investičních certifikátů nevýznamné burzy, až po nejrozvinutější burzy v Evropě, jako jsou Deutsche Börse a Stuttgart Börse. Čtenář tak může z této práce čerpat informace při rozhodování o tom, jaká burza mu z hlediska investování do investičních certifikátů vyhovuje nejlépe. |

| Abstract: | A bachelor thesis "The investment certificates on European stock markets -- contemporaneity and perspectives" first introduces the general characteristics of the investments certificates, attributes and functions of particular constructional types traded on European stock markets. In addition to that the basic information connected with the purchase of investment certificates are pointed out as well as the risks bound up with this instrument including the possibilities of reducing these risks or eliminating them completely. The thesis informs the readers about the situation with investment certificates on particular European stocks and their perspectives - from the stock market Prague as a small, in context with trading of investments certificates, unimportant stock, to the most developed stock exchanges in Europe as Deutsche Börse or Stuttgart Börse. The reader of this thesis can obtain the information while deciding which stock to choose and which is in terms of investment the most convenient for him. |
