| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu DPH při poskytování služeb v rámci tuzemska, mezi členy EU a při poskytování služeb do třetích zemí. Přitom se vychází ze zákona o DPH platného pro ČR. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním základních pojmů z oblasti DPH a výkladem pravidel při poskytování služeb. V praktické části je věnována pozornost podrobnějšímu rozboru uplatňování DPH u poskytování sportovních činností a služeb souvisejících se sportem. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the VAT in providing services in this country, between the members of the EU and in providing services into the third countries. The thesis is based on the VAT law valid in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the basic terms from the VAT sphere and with explanation of the rules used for providing services. In the practical part, the attention is paid to the detailed analysis of the application of the VAT in providing sport activities and services related to the sport. |
