| Abstract: | Hlavním předmětem této práce je analýza politiky zaměstnanosti ve Středočeském kraji v letech 2009 -- 2011. Vyhodnoceny budou dopady finanční krize na situaci nezaměstnanosti z geografického, demografického a ekonomického hlediska. Pozornost bude zaměřena zejména na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti, její průběh a nedostatky. Výstupem práce budou informace o využívání politiky zaměstnanosti v letech 2009 -- 2011, určení nedostatků a navržení opatření ke zlepšení a odhad možných vývojových tendencí. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the employment policy in Central Bohemian Region within years 2009 -- 2011. Impacts of the financial crisis on unemployment will be evaluated in terms of geographic, demographic and economic aspects. The thesis is focused in particular on active employment policy, its process and weaknesses. The outcome of this thesis will be the information about employment policy in the period of 2009 -- 2011, identification of weaknesses, suggestions for improvement and estimate of future tendencies. |
