| Abstract: | Citlivé téma důchodové reformy se týká každého z nás a o to více mladé generace. Je to velmi omílané téma již několik let. Zavedení II. pilíře na fondovém principu bylo významným krokem, který by měl zabránit kolapsu tohoto systému vlivem stárnutí populace. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, pro koho bude výhodné do nového pilíře vstoupit v závislosti na vybraném fondu, věku a příjmu. Práce nejprve vysvětluje základní teorii důchodového zabezpečení, následně rozebírá současný stav důchodového systému v České republice. V poslední části práce je analýza komu se vyplatí II. pilíř a jaký bude profit při vstupu do něj u jednotlivým investičních fondů s přehledným porovnáním dle roku narození a průměrného příjmu. |

| Abstract: | An issue of a pension reform affects all of us and more the younger generation. It is a very discussed topic for several years. The introduction of the II. pillar was an important step, which should prevent the collapse of the system due to the aging of the population. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate, for whom it will be advantageous to enter into the new pillar depending on the fund, age and income. First, the thesis explains the basic theory pension scheme, then analyzes the current pension system in the Czech Republic. The last part is an analysis of who will have the profit when entering the II. pillar depending on the chosen investment fund, year of birth and the average income. |
