Cílem této práce je identifikovat možná řešení úpadku fyzických osob v České republice. Práce poukazuje na rostoucí zadlužení domácností a s tím související růst osobních bankrotů. Snahou bylo podat ucelený pohled na možnosti řešení platební neschopnosti a konkrétněji popsat institut osobního bankrotu. Část práce je věnovaná srovnání právních úprav úpadku USA, Německa a Slovenska s Českou republikou. |

This bachelor thesis refers to possible solutions of solving natural person's bankruptcy in the Czech Republic. It points to the growing household debt and the related growth of personal bankruptcies. The main aim is to provide a compact view of possible solutions of solving insolvency and describe the institution of personal bankruptcy. Part of this thesis is devoted to the comparison of legal regulations to bankruptcy in the United States, Germany, Slovak and the Czech Republic. |
