| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo na příkladu čtyř vybraných ministerstev ČR ukázat, jakým způsobem komunikují orgány státní správy s veřejností, jakých prostředků k tomu využívají, zda poskytují aktuální informace a zda naplňují zákonem stanovené informační povinnosti. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy související s veřejnou správou a veřejnou službou a dále legislativní vymezení povinností orgánů veřejné správy v oblasti poskytování informací. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou vlastních šetření, nejprve dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit důležitost internetu pro získávání informací a poté analýzou internetové komunikace vybraných ministerstev. Výsledkem analýzy je hodnocení internetové komunikace a srovnání její úrovně mezi analyzovanými subjekty. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis was to show on the example of four ministries of the Czech republic how do state institutions communicate with the citizens on the Internet, which means of communication do they use, verify if they provide current information and whether they meet the requirements in the communication area set by law. In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis, there are explained concepts related to public administration and public services, as well as the legislative definition of responsibilities of public authorities in providing information. The practical part consists of two separate researches. The first one is a questionnaire survey, which aimed to determine the importance of the Internet as a communication media and the second one is an analysis of an Internet communication of selected ministries. The result of the analysis is the evaluation of Internet communication and its comparation between the analyzed institutions. |
