| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat finanční analýzu společnosti Ditipo, a.s. během let 2007 až 2011 a pokusit se o nástin krátkodobého finančního plánu této společnosti v roce 2012. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí -- metodické a praktické. V metodické části jsou popsány metody a postupy finanční analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány do praxe. V praktické části se věnuji nejprve finanční analýze jednotlivých ukazatelů a posouzení finančního zdraví podniku. Z důvodu lepšího posouzení výsledků finanční analýzy bylo provedeno srovnání výsledků vybraných ukazatelů s konkurenčními podniky. Pro tento účel byli vybráni tři konkurenti, kteří podnikají ve stejném oboru, tedy výrobě a prodeji papírenského a dárkového zboží. Následuje nástin krátkodobého finančního plánu, který se skládá z rozvahy a z výkazu zisku a ztráty na rok 2012. Jelikož nemám přístup k interním informacím, budu vycházet z veřejně dostupných zdrojů, především z výročních zpráv. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to prepare a financial analysis of company Ditipo, a. s. during the years 2007 to 2011 and try to outline short-term financial plan of the company for year 2012. This work is divided into two main parts - the methodological and practical. The methodical section describes the methods and procedures for financial analysis, which are then applied in practice. The practical part deals with financial analysis of indicators and assessment of the financial health of the company. In order to better assess the results of the financial analysis was performed comparison of the results of selected indicators with competitors. There were selected three competitive companies that do business in the same field (producing and sale of stationery and giftware) . The following part is an outline of short-term financial plan, which consists of balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year 2012. Since I do not have access to inside information, I will be based on publicly available sources, primarily from annual reports. |
