| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá právním postavením podnikatelů v sociálním zabezpečení EU. První část popisuje problémy spojené s koordinací sociálního zabezpečení a systém sociální ochrany. Hlavní část práce srovnává sociální zabezpečení jednotlivých zemí EU ve všech oblastech s hlavním zaměřením na podnikatele a rozdíly oproti zaměstnancům. |
