| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce na téma "Investiční pyramidová schémata" se zaměřuje na rozbor fungování finančních pyramid a jejich modifikaci. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Cílem první časti je uvést čtenáře do problematiky a vysvětlit rozdíly mezi různými modely pyramidových her. Dále vysvětlují úpravu pyramidových programů a Ponziho schémat v legislativě USA, České Republiky a Ruska. Druhá kapitola popisuje významné finanční pyramidy ve světové historii. Poslední část je věnována podrobné analýze fungování pyramid MMM a Herbalife. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis on "Investment pyramid schemes" focuses on analyzing of the functioning of financial pyramids and their modifications. The work is divided into three chapters. The aim of the first part is to introduce the reader to the topic and explain the differences among various models of pyramid schemes. It also explains the legislative control of pyramid and Ponzi schemes in the U.S., Czech Republic and Russia. Second chapter describes significant financial pyramids in the world's history. The last part is devoted to the detailed analysis functioning of the MMM and Herbalife pyramids. |
