| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou možností zajištění finanční rezervy na stáří. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění, jaké jsou v současné době možnosti zajištění se na stáří, jaké možnosti nám nabízí finanční trh a jaké jsou popřípadě jiné alternativy. V úvodní části jsou popsány důchodové systémy. Následuje zhodnocení situace v České republice a popsání problémů s možnostmi řešení. Se způsobem zajištění se na stáří úzce souvisí nová penzijní reforma, proto je jí v následující části také věnovaná pozornost. Následně se práce dostává k analyzování a komparaci produktů na finančním trhu. Jsou zde i uvedeny alternativní možnosti zajištění finanční rezervy na důchod. V závěru práce se zabývám zhodnocením zjištěných výsledků. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis concentrates on the analysis of the options concerning the financial reserves for elderly. The major aims of the thesis are the description of the current options of the pension scheme, range of possibilities offered by the financial market and the analysis of the possibly other alternatives. In the introductory part, there are further described the pension systems, followed by the evaluation of the current situation in the Czech Republic and the detailed description of the most appealing issues with offered solutions. In relation to the pension schemes, the new pension reform is further examined in the following part. Consequently, the thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the financial market products. Furthermore, it researches the alternatives of the financial backup designated for the retirement. In the conclusion, the identified outcomes are examined and evaluated. |
