| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o firemní kultuře společnosti 4P&P. Je členěna do tří částí. První pojednává o pojmu kultura obecně, druhá se zabývá firemní kulturou a třetí část pak uvádí teoretické poznatky do praxe a jde v ní o konkrétní firemní kulturu výše zmíněné společnosti. |
