| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce shrne poznatky z oblasti společenské odpovědnosti od popisu, jak se tento koncept vyvíjel od 50. let 20. století do současnosti, přes charakteristiku třech pilířů, jež vymezují aktivity organizací v oblasti ekonomické, environmentální a sociální, po výhody, jež z odpovědného podnikání plynou. Dále se zaměří na postup, jak reportovat činnosti CSR podle pokynů GRI, a na možnosti hodnocení a měření společenské odpovědnosti. Následuje výčet aktivit společenské odpovědnosti dvou oděvních organizací - H&M a C&A a jejich zhodnocení. Nakonec práce usiluje o vzájemné porovnání aktivit těchto organizací a nalezení odlišností. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis summarizes the findings of social responsibility from a description of how this concept evolved from the 50th of the 20th century to the present, through the characteristics of three pillars that define the activities of organizations in the economic, environmental and social terms, to the benefits that result from a responsible business. Furthermore, it focuses on how to report CSR activities in accordance with GRI guidelines, and the possibility of evaluation and measurement of social responsibility, followed by a list of socially responsible activities of two organizations of clothing - H&M and C&A and their evaluation. Finally, the work seeks to compare the activities of these organizations and find the differences. |
