| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je ve vybraných aspektech srovnat dva burzovní trhy, a to konkrétně španělskou alianci BME Spanish Exchanges a brazilskou burzu BM&F BOVESPA. Úvodní kapitola poskytne prvotní seznámení s oběma trhy, jejich historický vývoj a procesy slučování až do dnešní podoby. Následující kapitola pojednává o obchodních systémech využívaných na těchto burzách a o předmětu obchodování. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována analýze některých statistických údajů jako je tržní kapitalizace, burzovní indexy, objem obchodů s vybranými instrumenty a investiční toky. Tato kapitola je doplněna tabulkami a grafy pro lepší porozumění a větší přehlednost popsaných jevů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare two stock markets, namely the Spanish alliance BME Spanish Exchanges and Brazilian stock exchange BM&F BOVESPA in selected aspects. The introductory chapter provides initial information of both the markets, their historic development and merger processes up to the today's state. The next chapter deals with the trading systems used by these exchanges and the trade subject. The final chapter is dedicated to analysis of some statistical data like market capitalization, stock exchange indices, volume of trading with selected instruments and investment flows. This chapter is backed by charts and graphs for better comprehension and clarity of the described subjects. |
