| Abstract: | Tato práce analyzuje činnosti spojené s řízením pohledávek ve společnosti Johnson & Johnson. V diplomové práci jsou popsány nejpodstatnější oblasti činností, které vykonávají pracovníci Credit Controllingu při vymáhání dlužných faktur od zdravotnických zařízení a na vybraných příkladech jsou předvedeny vybrané postupy. Dále jsou rozebrána specifika spojená s financováním zdravotnictví V průběhu celé práce jsou uváděny návrhy na úpravu stávajícího postupu. |
