| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá celkovým procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy pro uvedení problematiky získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s. Poklad pro praktickou část představuje zejména rozhovor s personalistkou, informace z internetových stránek společnosti a jejich výročních zpráv. Cílem práce je porovnání teoretických informací se získanými údaji ze společnosti, následné zhodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a navrhnutí zlepšení nalezených nedostatků. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis deals with overall process of recruitment and selection of employees. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described concepts for introduction the problematics with recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is focused on recruitment and selection of employees in the company Česká spořitelna, a.s. Basis for the practical part represents especially interview with the personnel, information from company's website and their annual report. The aim of this thesis is comparison the theoretical information with the obtained data, subsequent evaluation of the process of recruitment and selection of employees and propose improvements to the identified deficiencies. |
