| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku firemního vzdělání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat současnou situaci v oblasti vzdělávacího systému ve společnosti CertiCon a identifikovat případné možnosti rozvoje a inovace v této oblasti. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na představení moderních metodik vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Pomáhá zjistit specifika IT oboru i specifika motivace při zaměstnávání těchto zaměstnanců. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje analýzu současného vzdělávacího systému a návrh změn případně inovací ve vzdělávacím systému na základě potřeb jednotlivých stakeholderů. |

| Abstract: | This Diploma Thesis focuses on the analysis of the company educational and development system in one specific firm. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current situation related to the educational and development system in CertiCon and to identify space for an improvement. The theoretical part focuses on introduction of the modern educational and development methodologies, explains the specifics of the IT sector and specifics related to the employment in this industry. The practical part analyses CertiCons educational system and suggests innovations and changes based on the stakeholders requirements. |
