| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces implementace ERP systému Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 v prostředí korporátní investiční společnosti. V úvodní části je čtenář seznámen se samotným ERP systémem z pohledu jeho architektury, společně s představením vybra-ných modulů, včetně celkového zasazení tohoto produktu do prostředí současného trhu těchto systémů. Práce poté představuje konkrétní společnost a postupně přechází k řešení otázek zabývajících se volbou právě tohoto ERP systému s výběrem implementačního partnera. Navazující části práce se věnují fázím analýzy a implementace samotného ERP systému, společně s popisem vybraných funkcionalit a řešení, které byly pro konkrétní společnost klíčové a které bylo potřeba implementovat z důvodu určité specifičnosti potřeb společnosti. Práce identifikuje riziková místa projektu implementace jak z hlediska vývoje funkcionalit, tak i z hlediska projektové řízení a může tak sloužit jako pomůcka při výběru a implementaci ERP systému v podobné společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the process of implementation of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in a corporate environment of an investment company. In the first part the reader is familiarized with the ERP system in terms of its architecture, together with the presentation of selected modules, including an overall contextualization of this product in the current market environment of ERP systems. Gradually this work addresses the issues involved in the choice of this very ERP system and the choice of an implementation partnner. Follow-up of the work is devoted to the analysis phase and the implementation of the ERP system itself, together with a description of selected functionalities and solutions that have been specific for this company, which was needed to implement because of the speci-ficity of a companys needs. This work identifies places at risk during the ERP system im-plementation, both in terms of functionality development and in terms of project management, and can thus serve as a helpful guide in the implementation of information system in a company with similar needs. |
