| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou Shadow IT (dále také jako SIT) ve veřejné správě České republiky na úrovni krajů. Hlavním cílem práce je navržení metodického postupu pro práci s SIT ve veřejné správě na úrovni krajů ČR na základě případové studie. Tento návrh metodického postupu je možné zpracovat na základě dílčích cílů, definování výzkumných otázek a charakterizováním problematiky SIT.
Struktura práce je rozdělena do 3 hlavních částí. V první je vymezen cíl práce a důvody jeho výběru, očekávané omezení a výstupy práce. V teoretické části je charakterizován pojem Shadow IT a veřejná správa ČR obecně. Na tuto část navazuje praktický blok, v němž jsou konkretizovány metody sběru dat a prezentovány výsledky z výzkumných otázek. Zpracovaný návrh metodického postupu pro práci s Shadow IT ve veřejné správě ČR na úrovni krajů je uveden v poslední části práce.
Přínosem práce je navržený metodický postup pro práci s Shadow IT ve veřejné správě na úrovni krajů ČR, který může krajským úřadům pomoci lépe pochopit problematiku Shadow IT. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the question of Shadow IT (hereinafter referred to as SIT) in Public Administration in the Czech Republic at a regional level. The main target of the thesis is to design a methodical approach to work with SIT at the regional level of the Czech Republic based on case study. This design can be proposed based on milestones and defining research questions and issues characterizing the SIT.
The structure of the thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part defines a goal of the thesis and reasons for the selection, limitations and expected outcomes of the thesis. The theoretical part is characterized by the concept of Shadow IT and Public Administration of the Czech Republic in general. This part is followed by practical block, where methods of data collection are specified and the results of research questions presented. Processed methodology for working with Shadow IT in Public Administration of the Czech Republic at the regional level is described in the last part.
The benefit of this thesis is a designed methodology for working with Shadow IT in Public Administration at the regional level of the Czech Republic which can help regional authorities to better understand problems of Shadow IT. |
