| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení obchodu s korálky. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti živnostenského podnikání a rozepsány obsahové náplně jednotlivých kapitol, které tvoří podnikatelský plán. Praktická část slouží k aplikaci teoretických poznatků do praxe. Je zde vytvořen podnikatelský plán, kde je definován prodávaný produkt a cílové trhy, je zde zanalyzováno vnější, konkurenční i vnitřní prostředí a zpracován marketingový, operační a finanční plán. Na základě vypracovaného plánu lze posoudit jeho realizovatelnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is composing the business plan for the establishment of the shop with beads. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the basic terms from the area of enterpreneurship are defined. There is also the content of each chapter, which creates the business plan. In the practical part the theoretical knowledge is implemented into practice. There is a business plan where the marketed product and target markets are defined. The external, competitive and internal environment is analysed here and the marketing, opertional and financial plan is elaborated. On the basis of the created plan it is possible to assess its feasibility. |
