| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem systémů na podporu vyšetřování podvodů na českém trhu. První část práce se zabývá smyslem a funkcí systému v dnešní době, důvody a profilem motivace podvodného jednání a pachatelů. Další část se zaměřuje na kategoriza-ci metod využívané v odhalování a vyšetřování podvodného jednání. Následně jsou v práci představena řešení, která se tomuto tématu věnují a jsou dostupná na českém trhu. Poté jsou popsány různé sektory a pro ně typická podvodná jednání. V poslední části jsou věno-vány porovnávání dostupných řešení a jak tato řešení pokrývají potřeby systému při odha-lování popsaných podvodů. Součástí diplomové práce jsou návrhy na vlastnosti těchto systémů rozděleny do definovaných sektorů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of fraud investigation systems on the Czech mar-ket. The first part of the thesis deals with the purpose and function of the system in the present time, the reasons and the profile of motivation of fraudulent behavior and perpetra-tors. The next part focuses on the categorization of methods used to detect and investigate fraudulent behavior. Subsequently, there are presented solutions that deal with this topic and are available on the Czech market. Various sectors are described and typical fraudulent behavior is described. In the last part, are compared the available solutions and how these solutions cover the system's needs in detecting the described frauds. Part of the diploma thesis is the design of the properties of these systems divided into defined sectors. |
