| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá filozofií lean managementu, jejími metodami a nástroji používanými při implementaci v podniku. Teoretická část zahrnuje historii lean managementu a osobnosti, které se podílely na vývoji této techniky. Dále rozebírá metody Toyota Production System a ostatní techniky, které podniky zavádějí, aby zabránily plýtvání a zvýšily produktivitu. Jedná se především o kaizen a 5S. Znalosti technik popsaných v teoretické části jsou použity při vypracování praktické části bakalářské práce. V konkrétním podniku zanalyzuji současný stav na pracovišti a poté implementuji metody lean managementu za účelem zvýšení efektivnosti výrobního procesu a celkové produktivity podniku |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with philosophy of lean management, its methods and tools used in implementation in a company. The theoretical part includes the history of lean management and personalities involved in the development of this technique. It also presents the Toyota Production System and other techniques adopted by companies to prevent waste and increase productivity. These are mainly kaizen and 5S. The knowledge of the techniques described in the theoretical part is used in the elaboration of the practical part of the bachelor thesis. In the chosen company I analyse the current status of the workplace and then implement lean management methods to increase the efficiency of the production process and overall company productivity. |
