| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podnikatelského prostředí Nigérie se zaměřením na politické, ekonomické, sociální, technologické a legislativní faktory. Tyto faktory mají velký vliv na podnikatelské subjekty, a proto hrají důležitou roli při rozhodování podnikatelů, zda vstoupit na tento trh či nikoliv. Nejdříve je vymezen teoretický rámec pro pochopení dané problematiky. Následující část se věnuje samotné analýze podnikatelského prostředí s ohledem na možná rizika a hrozby. V závěru práce byla analyzována i vzájemná obchodní spolupráce České republiky a Nigérie a současný stav vztahů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the business environment of Nigeria with a focus on political, economic, social, technological and legal factors. These factors have a big impact on entrepreneurs, therefore they play an important role in deciding entrepreneurs whether to enter the market or not. First, it is defined a theoretical background for understanding the issue. The following section deals with the analysis of the business environment with a view to possible risks and threats. In the conclusion was analyzed a mutual business cooperation between the Czech Republic and Nigeria and the current state of relations. |
