| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader to the logistics world as well as a logistics company. The first part concentrates on the logistics industry and an analysis of it. The definition of logistics, historical development as well as the role of logistics in an organization would be explained. The second part is devoted to the logistics of a specific company and performance of the business; SWOT analysis is presented. The third part focuses on an evaluation of the current strategy of the company and implementation of a new strategy by the author. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je uvedení čtenáře logistickému světu a též logistické firmě. První část bakalářské práce se soustředí na industrii logistiky a na analýzu dané industrie. V této části bude definována logistika, historie jejího vývoje a též role logistiky ve firmách. Druhá čast bakalářské práce se věnuje logistice a jejímu podnikovému výkonu určité firmy, též bude představena SWOT analýza. Třetí část se zabývá zhodnocením současné firemní strategie a strategií zavedenou autorem. |
