| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení bistra. Práce se nejdříve věnuje podnikání obecně, náležitostem podnikatelského plánu a poté samotnému zpracování podnikatelského plánu na základě studia odborné literatury. Součástí plánu je analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, finanční plán a marketingový plán. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno, zda je založení bistra realizovatelné, rentabilní a finančně udržitelné. Práce má sloužit jako základ a opora při realizaci tohoto podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a bistro. In the beginning the thesis deals with entrepreneurship in general, with business plan requirements, and then with the business plan itself, based on the study of expert literature. Part of the plan is an analysis of the internal and external environment, financial plan and marketing plan. The conclusion of the thesis is whether the establishment of the bistro is feasible, cost-effective and financially sustainable. The thesis should be a basis and support in the implementation of this business plan. |
