| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací ekonomik Nigérie a Indonésie od 90. let do současnosti. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou aktuální silné a slabé stránky jejich hospodářství a jaké faktory nejvíce ovlivňovaly a ovlivňují ekonomický vývoj Nigérie a Indonésie v současnosti. Plnění tohoto cíle je zajištěno pomocí srovnání jednotlivých aspektů jejich historického, sociálního, kulturního, politického a ekonomického vývoje. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na analýzu zahraničního obchodu těchto států a sektor těžby nerostných surovin. Na závěr je provedena statistická analýza závislosti růstu jejich ekonomik na ceně ropy. Diplomová práce je členěna do sedmi dílčích podkapitol. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the economics of Nigeria and Indonesia from the 1990s until the present. The aim of this paper is to determine strengths and weaknesses in their economies and the factors that influenced the past and continue to impact the economic development of Nigeria and Indonesia nowadays. Fulfillment of the aim is ensured by a comparison of the aspects of historical, social, cultural, political and economic developments. Special attention is given to the analysis of international trade between the two states and to the energy sector in the respective states. In the conclusion, a statistical analysis of the dependence of economic growth on oil prices was conducted. |
