| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zkoumá situaci strategických aliancí v České republice a jejich vliv na malé a střední podniky. Hodnotí výhody a nevýhody, které členství v alianci podnikům přináší a posuzuje vliv aliancí na konkurenceschopnost podniků. Práce se blíže zaměřuje na vývozní aliance podporované agenturou CzechTrade a na klastry. Práce vyhodnocuje doporučení pro malé a střední podniky k vytvoření efektivní spolupráce v rámci strategické aliance. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis examines the situation of strategic alliances in the Czech Republic and their influence on small and medium enterprises. It evaluates the advantages or disadvantages that alliance membership brings to businesses and assess the impact of alliances on the competitiveness of enterprises. The thesis focuses more closely on export alliances supported by CzechTrade and clusters. The paper evaluates recommendations for small and medium enterprises to create effective cooperation within the strategic alliance. |
