| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá investičním prostředím Indie a uskupením BRICS, kterého je Indie členem. Jejím cílem je tedy zhodnotit investiční prostředí Indie a identifikovat, čím je atraktivní pro zahraniční investory. V rámci tohoto cíle je nejdříve v první kapitole práce zmapován vznik uskupení BRICS, vzájemná spolupráce jeho členů a také vývoj jejich vybraných makroekonomických ukazatelů. Druhá kapitola, která je pro práci stěžejní, pojednává již o samotné Indii. Obsahuje základní charakteristiku země včetně jejího hospodářství, zabývá se vývojem a významnými reformami jejího investičního prostředí, dále analýzou přílivu přímých zahraničních investic, a nakonec problematikou vstupu na indický trh, kterou kromě jeho překážek tvoří také investiční pobídky. V závěrečné třetí kapitole je sestavena SWOT analýza investičního prostředí Indie, tedy jeho silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the investment climate of India and the association of BRICS, to which India is a member. Its main goal is to evaluate the investment climate of India and identify its most attractive areas. Within this goal, the first chapter outlines the creation and macroeconomic development of BRICS as well as the cooperation between its members. The second and most important chapter deals with India itself. It contains the characteristics of the country including its economy, it focuses on the development and main reforms of the investment climate, on the inflow of foreign direct investment and also on the issues of entering the market which implies to the barriers of entry and investment incentives. The third chapter consists of SWOT analysis of indian investment climate comprising its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. |
