| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl zmapovat současné chování, přání a potřeby segmentu seniorů v rámci cestovního ruchu, což může být při nynějším stárnutí populace pro společnosti podnikající na trhu cestovního ruchu nemalou konkurenční výhodou. První kapitola této práce má za úkol objasnit některé specifické pojmy, jejichž vymezení a následné pochopení je velice důležité pro naplnění stanovených cílů. Druhá kapitola již pojednává o seniorech 21. století jako o segmentu se specifickými požadavky a chováním, a to nejen v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Součástí této kapitoly je zároveň objasnění zásadně se měnící věkové struktury obyvatel a s tím spojeného nárůstu seniorské populace. Třetí kapitola slouží k nastínění nabídky pro seniory v cestovním ruchu pomocí vybraných projektů a produktů. Tato kapitola pojednává nejen o projektech podporujících cestovní ruch seniorů a o speciálně vytvořených produktech cestovních kanceláří, ale opomenuty nejsou ani předváděcí akce pro seniory. Závěrečná kapitola je zasvěcena dotazníkovému šetření, které slouží k zmapovaní situace stávajících českých seniorů v souvislosti s jejich cestováním, a díky jehož výsledkům lze dojít k důležitým doporučením, plynoucím zejména pro cestovní kanceláře, agentury a hotely. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor s thesis is to chart the current behaviour, wishes and requirements of the elderly segment within the tourism sector, which could be a great competitive advantage for the companies in the tourism market, especially due to contemporary population aging. The first chapter of this bachelor s thesis clarifies certain specific terms whose specification and subsequent understanding is very important for the fulfillment of the set objectives. The second chapter is already about seniors of 21st century. Mainly about their specific requirements and behaviour not just in the tourism sector but also in their everyday life. The component of this chapter is also clarification of the significantly changing population s age structure which relates to the growth of the senior population. The third part of this thesis includes characteristic of chosen projects and products for seniors in the tourism sector. Apart from the projects, which encourage seniors to travel and products of tour operators, this chapter also deals with the roadshows for seniors. The final chapter is dedicated to questionnaire whose results help particularly tour operators, travel agencies and hotels for which is the knowledge of the preferences of Czech seniors in traveling most important. |
