| Abstract: | Pracovní migrace je v současnosti velmi pojednávané téma, které v souvislosti s rostoucí mezinárodní migraci nabývá na síle. Vliv pracovní migrace se projevuje zejména na hospodářské úrovni jednotlivých zemí, kdy v případě přijímacích zemí dochází k snižování nezaměstnanosti, tudíž pracovní migrace pokrývá nedostačující pracovní sílu, zatímco odcházející země profitují z remitencí, které se staly hodnotově význačnou finanční položkou země. Tato práce je rozdělena od tří kapitol. První kapitola charakterizuje pojem migrace a její příčiny, následované analýzou migrační situace v jednotlivých zemích Běloruska a Ruska. Druhá kapitola se zabývá projevy migrace ve třech ekonomických faktorech identifikovaných zvlášť pro každou zemi, přesněji se jedná o zaměstnanost/nezaměstnanost, remitence a mzdy. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na představení postavení Běloruska a Ruska vůči pracovní migraci, případně jaká opatření dané země sledují ve vztahu k migraci. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays labour migration is a very discussed issue, that in the context of increasing international migration is gaining momentum. The impact of labour migration is mainly reflected at the economic level of the individual countries, where unemployment is falling in case of the recipient countries, with other words labor migration covers the labor shortage, while the outgoing countries benefit from remittances, which became a valuable financial asset for the outgoing countries. This bachelor thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter characterizes migration and its reasons, followed by an analysis of the migration situation in individual countries of Belarus and Russia. The second chapter deals with migration patterns in three economic factors identified separately for each country, more specifically, employment / unemployment, remittances and wages. The last chapter is aimed at showing the position of Belarus and Russia on labor migration, and what measures are the countries pursuing in relation to migration. |
