| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit motivaci zaměstnanců ve finanční instituci v kontextu finančních institucí v České republice a Slovenské republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány motivační teorie a spojení motivace se stimulací. Dále se teoretická část soustředí na řízení lidských zdrojů, hodnocení a formy odměňování zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje popis finanční instituce a konkurentů na finančním trhu. Velkou část praktické části tvoří vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, dále komparace výsledků výzkumu s teoretickými poznatky a na základě zjištěných poznatků následuje doporučení finanční instituci. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the motivation of employees in a financial institution in the context of financial institutions in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are described the theories of motivation and connection of motivation with stimulation. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on human resources management, evaluation and forms of rewards.
The practical part contains a description of the financial institution and competitors in the financial market. A large part of the practical part consists of evaluation of the survey and comparison of the results with theoretical knowledge. At the end of the practical part, the recommendations and suggestions for improvements of the aspects of employee's motivation are listed. |
