| Abstract: | Cílem práce je ověřit finanční model fungování provozu typické úšpěšné Pražské restaurace, ověřit, zdali by byla zisková za předpokladu dodržování všech zákonných norem a zjistit, jak by se musely změnit vstupní podmínky modelu, aby si restaurace udržela původní ziskovost. V teoretické části je popsána metodika použitá pro sestavení modelu výsledovky a peněžních toků, platná legislativa relevantní pro provozování pohostinství a také marketingu v pohostinství. Na závěr jsou stručně formulovány doporučení, která by měly přispět ke zvýšení ziskovosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to investigate and map the business practices behind running a typical successful restaurant and to build a financial model based on the findings. Then it verifies whether the model would remain profitable assuming all the business practices are in line with the law and it is investigated how would the initial conditions have to change in order to maintain the original profitability, still being in line with the law at the same time. The theoretical part describes how is the profit and loss model built and mentions the law relevant to the financial aspects of running a restaurant. Finaly a few short suggestions how to improve profitability is formed. |
