| Abstract: | The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to elaborate and compare current external business environment of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The comparison of these two countries will reveal the main advantages and disadvantages with conclusion where is doing business easier. This thesis is focused on the regulative environment with the use of World Bank´s indicators. As regard to the World Bank´s indicators, I have chosen five of them which in my opinion reveal the advantages and disadvantages of these two countries most fittingly.
This thesis serves as general overview of external business environment with explanation of the importance of political, economic, social, technological and legal environments and selected dimensions which are: Starting a business, Getting credit, Paying taxes, Trading across borders and Protecting minority investors, so that a starting entrepreneur learns what is necessary to be aware of. |

| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat a porovnat aktuální vnější podnikatelské prostředí České Republiky a Švýcarska. Srovnání těchto dvou zemí odhalí hlavní výhody a nevýhody s závěrem, kde je podnikání snadnější. Tato práce je zaměřená na regulační prostředí s použitím indikátorů Světové banky. S ohledem na indikátory Světové banky, jsem si dovolila vybrat pět z nich, které podle mého názoru odhalí výhody a nevýhody podnikání v těchto dvou zemích co nejvíce.
Tato práce slouží jako obecný přehled vnějšího podnikatelského prostředí s vysvětlením politického, ekonomického, sociálního, technologického a právního prostředí a vybraných indexů, které jsou: Začátek podnikání, Získání úvěru, Daňové zatížení, Přeshraniční obchod a Ochrana investorů, tak aby začínající podnikatel se dozvěděl, čeho je nezbytné si být vědom. |
