| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl analýzu souvislostí vývoje státního rozpočtu
v České republice. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na význam a funkce veřejných financí,
veřejné rozpočty a státní rozpočet jako na nejvýznamnější část rozpočtové soustavy
České republiky. V dalších kapitolách pojednává o problematice fiskální a rozpočtové
politiky a vzniku rozpočtových deficitů. Praktická část se věnuje výrazným změnám
na příjmové a výdajové straně státního rozpočtu, které odráží uplatňovanou fiskální
politiku. Práce také cílí na dopad těchto změn na státní rozpočet a posuzuje vhodnost
přijatých fiskálních opatření se zřetelem na ekonomický vývoj naší ekonomiky. V neposlední
řadě také analyzuje vliv vládních výdajů na růst ekonomiky měřený hrubým
domácím produktem. |

| Abstract: | This master´s thesis deals with the analysis of Czech Republic state budget. The theoretical part is focused on the significance and functions of public finances, public budgets and state government budged as a most important part of the Czech Republic state finance system. Following chapters describe the problematic of fiscal and budget policy and the creation of budget deficit. The practical part is based on changes of income and outcome sides of the state budget, which reflect used fiscal policy. Another goals of this thesis are to explore the impact of fiscal actions on the economic development and the analysis of the influence state expenditures for the economic growth expressed by the gross domestic product. |
