| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza možnosti čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů EU na financování rozvojových aktivit obcí“ je zjistit, do jaké míry obce pečují o rozvoj svého území a jak využívají možnosti čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů EU na jeho financování. První část se věnuje postavení obce v současnosti a možnosti jejích změn. Druhá část pojednává o hospodaření obcí a třetí část je zaměřena na možnosti čerpání dotačních prostředků z různých úrovní veřejné správy na financování rozvojových aktivit obcí, zejména prostřednictvím fondů EU. Na základě teoretických poznatků jsou v praktické části odhaleny některé rozvojové možnosti a aktivity dané obce a následně zkoumány možnosti jejich financování. |

| Abstract: | Subject of this thesis "Analysis of the Possibility to Draw Financial Means on the European Union's Funds for the Financing of Developing Activities in Municipalities, a concrete manifestation on an example of a municipality (town)" is to find to what extent towns look after their area development and how they use the possibility to draw financial means from the EU funds. The first part tackles the status of a municipality at present and possibilities of changes. The second part deals with the town's economy; the third focuses on possibilities of drawing subsidies at various levels of public administration to fund development activities of towns, mainly through EU funds. On those theoretical grounds, some development opportunities and activities of concrete municipality are revealed, then the possibilities of their funding are explored. |
