| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je vliv venkovské pracovní síly na ekonomický růst ve velkých čínských městech. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. První kapitola se věnuje uvedení do celé problematiky migrace z pohledu motivů migrace, reforem a systému registrací domácností hukou. Následující kapitola se zabývá dopady migrace na ekonomický růst ve městech, na základě přímých zahraničích investic, konkurenceschopnosti migrující pracovní síly a strkutury zaměstnanosti. Poslední třetí kapitola se věnuje posledním trendům migrace a jejím výhledům do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the influence of rural labor force on economic growth in big Chinese cities. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter is focused on the introduction to the migration issue including migration motives, reforms and the household registration system hukou. The next chapter focuses on the impact of migration on economics growth in big cities, based on foreign direct investments, the competitiveness of migrant labor force and the employment structure. The last chapter is devoted to the last trends of migration and its future outlook. |
