| Abstract: | Cíle bakalářské práce Ochrana spotřebitele v letecké dopravě a při uzavírání smlouvy o zájezdu je shrnutí práv a povinností, které náleží spotřebiteli při uzavírání smlouvy o zájezdu a při letecké dopravě osob. Teoretická část obsahuje vyložení podstaty aktuálních legislativních předpisů. Praktická část se zabývá srovnáním stornopoplatků a institutem náhrady újmy za narušení dovolené. |

The theoretical part presents the key points of current legislation. The practical part deals with the comparison of cancel fees and institute of loss of enjoyment of holiday. |
