| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je charakterizovat a komparovat vybrané ubytovací portály působící na českém trhu.
Jednotlivé portály byly blíže popsány a pomocí dotazníkového šetření porovnány navzájem. Tento výzkum probíhal jak mezi běžnými spotřebiteli, tak také u hoteliérů.
Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v provedeném výzkumu, dle analýzy odpovědí podíl OTA na celkovém počtu hotelových rezervací v tuzemsku stále roste.
Cíl práce komparovat jednotlivé portály byl splněn, dominantní postavení v Česku má jak u běžných spotřebitelů, tak u hoteliérů Booking.com. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize and compare selected accommodation portals operating on Czech market.
The portals were described and compared to each other by questionnaire survey. This research was conducted among ordinary consumers and hoteliers as well.
The main contribution of the work lies in the elaborated research. According to the analysis of the answers the share of OTA of hotel reservations in the Czech Republic is growing.
The goal of the comparison of the selected portals has been fulfilled.
Booking.com dominates the market n the Czech Republic according to ordinary consumers and hoteliers as well. |
