| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením cizinců z pohledu českého práva. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Úvodní kapitola poskytuje informace o základních pojmech, které se týkají tohoto tématu. Druhá kapitola je věnována právní úpravě. V následující kapitole je uvedena koordinace sociálního zabezpečení a její základní principy. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou podrobně popsány pojistné a nepojistné systémy. Pátá kapitola se zabývá působností a komunikací orgánů sociálního zabezpečení. V další kapitole jsou uvedeny statistické údaje týkající se cizinců a poslední kapitola zhodnocuje přístup cizinců k sociálnímu zabezpečení v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with social security of foreigners from the point of view of the Czech law. The thesis is devided into several chapters. The introductory chapter provides information about the basic terms which are connected with this theme. The second chapter deals with legal adjustment. In the following chapter is mentioned coordination of the social security and its elementary principles. In the fourth chapter are in detail described insurance and non insurance systems. The fifth chapter is concerned with authority and comunication among the authorities of the social security. In the next chapter are stated statistical data of foreigners and the last chapter assesses access of foreigners to the social securtity in the Czech Republic. |
