| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na Řecko z pohledu příjezdového cestovního ruchu. Na začátku práce jsou vysvětlena teoretická východiska, kde je pozornost zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu cestovní ruch a dále jednotlivé druhy a formy cestovního ruchu. Druhá kapitola je blíže zaměřena na Řecko jako atraktivní turistickou destinaci, která disponuje velkým množstvím turistických atraktivit. Jsou zde základní informace o zemi, zaměřené na oblast cestovního ruchu. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit, jak se v zemi vyvíjel příjezdový cestovní ruch v období let 2000 až 2015. V této části se práce podrobněji zabývá příjezdy jednotlivých zemí, které tvořily největší podíl na celkových příjezdech. Dále jsou zde mezinárodní příjezdy rozděleny podle zastoupení jednotlivých druhů dopravních prostředků a počtu nocí strávených v ubytovacích zařízeních. V závěru práce je provedena SWOT analýza, která vnáší komplexnější pohled na tuto zemi. Na základě této analýzy jsou výsledkem návrhy a doporučení, které se snaží eliminovat slabiny a naopak podpořit příležitosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on Greece from the perspective of inbound tourism. At the beginning of the thesis the theoretical background is explained, where attention is focused on the explanation of the term tourism and on the different types and forms of tourism. The second chapter focuses more closely on Greece as an attractive tourist destination with a large number of tourist attractions. There is basic country-specific information about tourism. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate how the inbound tourism developed in the country between 2000 and 2015. In this part the thesis deals in detail with the arrivals of individual countries, which accounted for the largest share of the total arrivals. In addition, international arrivals are divided by the number of means of transport and the number of nights spent in accommodation facilities. At the end of the thesis SWOT analysis is carried out, which brings a more comprehensive view of this country. Based on this analysis, suggestions and recommendations are the results that seek to eliminate weaknesses and promote opportunities. |
